Low-Gene vs Hygiene!

Dental Hygiene: brush teeth a.m. and before bed. Floss before bedtime. Replace toothbrush monthly. Leave toothbrush in open air – to air dry. Eat with your mouth closed.

Wash hands in warm/hot water with non-toxic soap after you’ve been in public places or shaken hands. Wash hands before eating and before other personal hygiene needs. Cleanse under fingernails. Wash hands before and after using the bathroom.

Towels/Sheets: Let bath towel air out to dry after use and wash after 2 days. Launder bed sheets 1 or more times per week. Change underclothes daily.

Kitchen area: Use non-toxic sterilizer for countertops; wipe clean before preparing food.

Vacuum Bags: Use HEPA filter bags only, and replace when 1/3 full – don’t wait longer.
